Pastors' Retreat
We recently finished our fourth pastors and leaders retreat on Fraser Island this year, with one still to come in October. This year over 30 men from around Queensland will have the opportunity to share and encourage one another in their ministry roles.
To date the groups have been excellent in achieving the goal of bringing refreshment into the hearts of men on the front line of ministry. These people give of themselves in many sacrificial ways during the year and it is inspirational to see them stand with one another and have a growing sense of brotherhood in the gospel. Good fishing this year has also been a bonus.
Thank you to the church and those who give support to make this happen. Pastors' and leaders' families deal with the same challenges as others, and we want everyone to stay in the game and not become discouraged.
