Women's Breakfast
The Rebels with a Cause Life Group, a part of our church community, blessed our women with a magnificent breakfast on Saturday, October 19th. Instead of the regular men's breakfast, God placed on Brian Searle's heart to honour and serve the women in our church with breakfast. It was a unique and memorable event.
Will Birkenstock entertained us with his fabulous vocals, and Rebecca McAllister touched our hearts as she spoke. Rebecca shared her powerful testimony of God's faithfulness and guidance through difficult times in her marriage, reminding us of the strength and resilience that come from our faith.
After enjoying a delightful spread of breakfast foods and expertly brewed barista coffees, the event took a turn. The men created great fun by auctioning off their 'pink bow ties'. The auction raised $450.00, and generous donations made by the ladies for breakfast brought a total of $2,600 - a significant contribution to Kindness Works.
