More Than You Imagine
The LORD told Gideon, "With these 300 men I will rescue you and give you victory over the Midianites. Send all the others home."

Why is it that our vision for ministry so often diminishes to the level of what we realistically believe we can achieve?
I am not advocating selfish ambition or ungodly imagination. These things only lead to reckless and destructive decisions. I am talking about how we so easily give in to fear or negative belief even when we are doing what God says to do. God does and will certainly provide what we need when we are doing His will. And He is likely to do more than we imagine.
Gideon was led by God to reduce his army from 32,000 soldiers to 300. And with these men he defeated an army that were “as numerous as locusts.” Now Gideon did not make this decision lightly. He had trouble at first knowing for sure if he was truly hearing God.
But once he moved in faith, he learned a valuable lesson which he passes on to us through this story. That through us, God is capable of doing so much more than we imagine.
Don’t limit Him.
