A Guided Pathway
The LORD says, "I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.
Psalm 32:8

This Psalm expresses three truths. The first is that there is a pathway that God has in mind. The NLT translates it as “the best pathway.” It is the way we should go.
Being human means we do not always get this right but this Psalm gives us a promise as well - that He will watch over us. This is the second truth. No matter where we are or how we go, God is watching. This means He knows everything and if we have lost our way, He knows the pathway back.
And then there is the third truth, that God will instruct us. He will guide us. The word of God gives us what we need in order to make all the right decisions in life. If we choose according to His teaching and His principles then we will stay on the path He has set out for us. This is what the Lord says to us.
