How will they know?
But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, "How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!"

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ opened a way for people to be reconciled back to their maker. The fall of mankind recorded in Genesis 3 created a separation between us and God which Jesus repairs.
It is God’s heart that His people would be restored and come back to Him and be part of His family again. This is the heart of mission. But people cannot be restored to God unless they believe in the Lord Jesus. And how can they believe unless someone brings the good news?
Ever since the great commission that Jesus gave to His disciples, the followers of Jesus have been going out and the message of the gospel has reached all parts of the world. As long as new generations are born, this work will continue.
This month we focus on the work of our cross cultural missionaries. Missions like Wycliffe, who translate the word of God into languages of the local people so they can know Jesus. This is beautiful work and worthy of our support.
