Youth Ministry at HBBC
We love seeing the way God has been working in our youth. We have seen many new kids join the past few terms, often bringing a friend along with them. It has also been good to see the youth, serving practically from their faith, joining as junior leaders in kids’ programs and Sunday morning kitchen team. We’ve also had some youth return who have been absent for a while.
The Alpha Youth ministry at FCAC and other schools in Hervey Bay has brought fruit into our youth ministry with several youth being brought in through this connection and staying around. We’ve had many a good question and discussions with these youth who often come from non-Christian backgrounds but are genuinely seeking answers.
Please continue to pray for the youth ministry, as we love these kids and seek to shine Christ to them through opening the Word and building relationships with them each week.
Please pray that Term 4, which builds from Beach Bash, will be one of great fruit!
