Your Kingdom Come

Father, just as the early church was of one heart and one mind, we pray for unity in our homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. Let there be no division among us, but genuine love, peace, and harmony.

• Prayer for Life Groups:  Father God, as Life Groups begin meeting in our communities this week, we pray for unity in our hearts. Fill homes and places of meeting with Your presence, genuine fellowship, joyful worship, and open hearts. Bless every group and individual as they develop in love, faith, and mutual support.

• Prayer for a Revival of Real Community: Father, revive authentic Christian community in our city and nation. May your church be recognised by love, unity, and faith demonstrated in daily life.

• Prayer for the New School Year: Loving God, as the new school year begins, we pray for children and young people to feel safe, confident, and eager to learn. We lift up parents and carers, asking for wisdom, patience, and peace as routines begin. Where there is worry or need, we ask for Your provision and care.

• Prayer for Marginalised People: Gracious Father, we lift up to You people who are unseen, unheard, and burdened financially. Embrace them with Your compassion and surround them with hope. Grant them the strength to persevere and open doors to new opportunities. May they find kindness and experience dignity and respect.

• Prayer for Open Hearts and Spiritual Sensitivity: Lord, please open our eyes to the spiritual opportunities around us. Help us listen to Your voice, understand Your will and follow it. May nothing obstruct our fellowship with You. Help us to support and encourage one another and be accountable in love.
