And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding.
Colossians 1:9
- Overflowing Love and Unity — That leadership would serve with genuine love, unity, and mutual encouragement, reflecting Christ’s heart to the church.
- Faithful Teaching — Pray that leaders will remain faithful in teaching Scripture, wisely guard the church from error, and mentor believers so the body can serve in unity.
- Wisdom and Discernment — That God would grant wisdom in decision-making and clarity as they guide the church according to His purposes.
- Spiritual Growth and Maturity — Pray that our leaders will increasingly reflect Christ in character and faith, demonstrating spiritual maturity to those they serve.
- Flourishing Ministries — May each ministry inspire everyone involved to grow and find encouragement along the way.
- Awareness of God’s Presence — That they would minister daily from a deep sense of God’s presence and dependence on Him.
- Know and Follow God’s Will — That leaders would seek and recognise God’s direction in every aspect of church life.
