Your Kingdom Come

Week 2
Your kingdom come, your will be done
Throughout March, we continue our focus on the Lord's Prayer, allowing this prayer that Jesus taught, to shape our hearts, our church, and our shared petitions before God.
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Matthew 6:9-13

“Your kingdom come.”
A longing for God’s rule and reign to be evident among us. We pray that His kingdom would grow in our community — that lives would be transformed, hearts softened, and many would come to know Christ.
“Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
A surrender of our own plans and preferences. We ask that our church leaders, ministries, and families align with His purposes and walk in joyful obedience to His Word.
