Missions and Ministry

To some, it may not seem as though serving coffee is a ministry. But to our barista team, they are truly dedicated to serving others and take great joy in making themselves available on Sunday mornings.  

Why? Because they know that they are creating an environment of hospitality where people feel welcome, relationships are deepened and encouragement is given to build up the body of Christ.
 
Yes, not everyone feels the need for that caffeine fix when they come through our doors, but for those that do, please make sure you give our voluntary team your thanks as they focus on serving in the best way they can.  

Most Sundays there’s a rush as soon as the service finishes, so please be patient. The team prioritise the orders from our new people’s table, of which there are only a handful of Sundays throughout the year, that there isn’t an order or two…, or three... from our first time guests.
