There will continue to be the opportunity to contribute to our special May Mission Project via Penny Pig and online this month.
This year’s project supporting those teams going out on short term mission over the coming 12 months.

Week 4, Sun 24th – Sat 30th May

Max & Helen Sahl (CEO Wycliffe Bible Translators, Australia)
  • Max in his many responsibilities as CEO.
  • Helen as she organises a Discovery Trip to Ukarumpa PNG in September to show others the work being done in Bible Translation.
  • People to serve in roles across the organisation to keep Bible Translation happening across Australia and the Pacific.
Wade & Karen Lineburg (Wycliffe Bible Translators, Ukarumpa, PNG)
  • Praise for a wonderful village living experience. We stayed healthy and had a wonderful community to do life with.
  • Praise for Supportive community - settling into our roles well.
  • Bi-annual conference and 70-year SIL being in PNG were a joy to be part of.
  • Prayer for the completion of the village birth houses and the funding for their operation.
  • Wisdom for Wade in his role with an ever-changing personnel.
  • Understanding and wisdom for Karen as she teaches the missionary kids.
Christian Religious Instruction (Hervey Bay)
  • For Hervey Bay Christian Ministers Association as they work together to improve how we provide ongoing RI in our schools.
  • Praise God we still have this opportunity available to us.
