The Privilege of Prayer
The veil has been torn! The victory has been won! Making the way for us to be able to stand in the very presence of God, and in the power of the Holy Spirit, accomplish all things through Christ!
What a blessing to be able to worship together, encourage one another, grow in life together…and pray together!!
God is moving in the hearts of men, women, young and old, even in our little (or not so little) community of Hervey Bay, as people draw near to Him.
He has called us to the place, at this time, to continue to be His witnesses, shining the light into our community.
As His church at HBBC, may we continue to be led by God each day, through our work, our school, our social connections and our church ministries, to keep Christ number one in our lives drawing on the Holy Spirit for His leading and power to see many people come to know Christ.
To this end, we would love you to join in prayer with us over a few of the happenings within the church at this time?

PRAISE
- Above all, for the sacrifice and redemption we have through Christ!!
- For the growing engagement of people within our church evangelising and discipling others in our community.
- For the sustaining of church ministries, only made possible by the many, many volunteers from our church family.
- For the giftings of our Pastors and Eldership in leading our church.
- For the vision and direction to plant a church in the Eastern suburbs of Hervey Bay
- For the completion of the fire hydrant system, without having to borrow any funding
- For the sustaining work of Kindness Works through EFC and COACH, reaching the vulnerable within Hervey Bay.
- For the beautiful property God has given us to be able to gather and worship together.
REQUESTS
- May we continue to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, in all things!
- For continued growth in our unity of mission, to multiply disciples of Jesus Christ that love God and serve others.
- For the process of appointing a Youth and Young Adult Pastor.
- For a blessing over all those who serve within our church ministries, including Kindness Works.
- For the nomination process and upcoming elections of our Elders.
- That God will raise up a team for the Church plant.
- That we will see God’s financial provision for the increased costs in maintaining (and improvements of) our property, enabling us to continue to be a place where people can discover the God who loves them.
