Aroma

But thank God! He has made us His captives and continues to lead us along in Christ's triumphal procession. Now He uses us to spread the knowledge of Christ everywhere, like a sweet perfume.
2 Corinthians 2:14
2 Corinthians 2:14
My challenge on Sunday was to go for a walk in a crowded place and pick 2-3 people and ask God how to pray for them. Most of us do this quietly in our heart. Others might even approach a person and ask to pray for them right there. Regardless of how we go about it, we need to understand the spiritual power of presence. As we walk around and pray, we are doing spiritual work. We may not see it but God is working.
Christians should not be shy about the message of Jesus. We carry it confidently within us and it has the power to transform people’s lives and their eternity. Keep shining your light by praying for people, showing the love of God to them, and sharing with them the things of God that you have come to know. And you will be like a sweet perfume, whose aroma remains even after you have gone.
May God continue to lead you.
