Our Stories

On Sunday March 18 we were privileged again to witness a baptism within our church. Caleb shared a prayer with us that was a great encouragement to many and a beautiful testimony to the transforming work of God in his life.
Be encouraged as you read again of a life transformed. All glory to God!!

“Lord God, today and every day is your day, and today is my day to honour You. When you came into my life, I didn’t realise you were the missing piece of the puzzle I’d been so desperately trying to find. In a life of what I now know is sin, I was trying to find you in every next mistake I could make. The difference you have made in my life in such a short time of accepting you, and Jesus as my saviour, is indescribable, but I’ll try to explain it.

You have given my anger a holster, you have given my fears and anxiety and place to be burdened, you have given my joy a greater reason, and you have given my sorrows support. I will never be alone in any event in life again, and that is truly a great blessing. I now can see what peace truly means. It’s to be with you Lord.
Through Jesus sacrifice I am saved, and I will be eternally grateful. I love you lord God, thank you lord Jesus. Amen”
