Worship @ Torbay

In October 2023, Dieuwke Hoodcamp and Carol Browning felt impressed to start a time of Worship at Torbay. They gather twice a month, on the first Thursday of the month at 2.30 pm and every third Wednesday at 10.30 am, in the hall at Torbay to worship our God.
They usually sing the “good old Hymns” from the beautiful books that Leonie (Mrs. Music) has prepared. If Leonie is unavailable, they are happy to sing a capella (quite tolerably) loud enough for people outside to hear.
During their time together, they pray, read the Bible, and discuss what they have read. Most of the group attends HBBC, but others join in and are warmly welcomed in a relaxed and informal manner. It is a time to refresh and make new friendships.
